Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy • If appointment is canceled or rescheduled in appropriate time the deposit will be returned. All sales of services and products are final. No refunds will be issued. Cancellation Policy • We require at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 25% charge of the total booking. No-Show Fees • If you cancel within the 12-hour window, or fail to show up for your appointment, the 25% fee will be charged to the card on file.
